Andy started Amberland Farm in 2007 in his backyard in Upper Southampton, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He was a charter vendor at the Wrightstown Farmers Market for 5 years. His growing space now includes the old community gardens at Bryn Athyn College and hoop houses at Russell Gardens Wholesale. As a 1979 graduate of Delaware Valley University with a BS degree in Ornamental Horticulture, farming and gardening come naturally. Andy's passion for growing local nutrient dense produce is rooted in education and lifelong learning.
Jon is bridging the gap between farm and table. He works in the fields and is the Chef/Owner of the Omelette Bar at the Bryn Athyn Bounty Farm Market on Saturday mornings. In 2013 he recieved his PDC from Milkwood permaculture, and has been growing his knowledge about small scale organic farming ever since.
